“Picnic” Honors Grads, Choir, Church School

Fickle Weather Keeps Celebration Indoors

A rainy morning pushed us indoors, but it did not dampen our fun! At Sunday’s service we honored our graduates (from a masters program to Pre-K), our choir and the teachers and students of our church school as we conclude the program year.

Parishioner Jeanette Adams, who faithfully spearheads our MLK scholarship program, thoughtfully prepared gift bags for those being honored. Parish Administrator prepared these slides outlining the graduates’ future plans:

Afterwards we feasted on burgers and hot dogs accompanied by a wide variety of sides, salads and desserts which folks prepared and brought.
