Triennial Gathering of Episcopalians will Elect New Presiding Bishop
The 81st General Convention of the Episcopal Church is currently underway in Louisville, Kentucky. This triennial gathering of Episcopalians representing clergy and laity from every diocese in the church is one of the largest legislative bodies in the world.
Among the business at hand is the election of a new Presiding Bishop to succeed the Most Rev. Michael B. Curry when his nine-year term expires later this year.
The Office of Public Affairs has created this page with resources for the convention including all the resolutions to be heard, the PB candidates, and videos of various sessions and services.
